Since 1994, Ren Danışmanlık has been advising companies on certification in after-sales services and quality management. It needed a site where businesses unsure which certificate they need, and why, could find the answer and get in touch easily.
A company that turns to a certification consultant has usually run into a requirement: the Ministry of Trade has asked for an after-sales service competence certificate, a tender requires a domestic goods certificate, or CE marking is needed to export to Europe.
These companies always ask the same first question: What is this certificate, and do I really need it? Ren Danışmanlık’s site had to explain each certificate in plain language and lead visitors straight from there to getting in touch.
We built the site around the services. Each certificate type has its own page that opens with the question “what is it?”, while the home page shows all services with short descriptions at a glance.
After briefly introducing Ren Danışmanlık’s experience going back to 1994, the home page lists the after-sales service competence certificate, TSE service location certification, ISO, CE, the domestic goods certificate and the capacity report one by one. Each card takes the visitor to that certificate’s detail page.
Service pages start by explaining what the certificate is and who is required to obtain it; at the end of the page, a form lets visitors send their question directly. Phone numbers and the email address are one tap away from anywhere on the site.
In the visual language, we built a clean, trustworthy interface in corporate navy and light blue.
